1: Benefits of observations

As an employment adviser, it is the responsibility of a manager to observe the employees and other staff members at the workplace so that it is possible to provide proper advice to them for improving their contribution in the organisation where all the employees can perform better. Observing the workplace is beneficial for me as the manager monitors my performance at the workplace where I can identify the ways through I can improve my performance. Observing the workplace is also helpful for me to understand the internal culture at the workplace of the organisation and the manager can provide appropriate advice to me to improve the internal working culture so that every employees and staff members can work collaboratively to achieve a common pre-specified goal. Observation is further helpful for me a lot to analyse the working strategy of the employees and improve own understand by gathering more skill and experience. The manager observes the workplace which further helps me to evaluate the level of cooperation and communication where internal cooperation and communication are important for the staff members and the employees of the organisation to perform as a team and achieve the team objective in the workplace. Proper evaluation and observation are also beneficial for me to analyse the performance which in turn provides me a scope to improve the organisational performance as a whole. The purpose of observation is to analyse the internal situation at the workplace and advise the staff members about the current employment policies, managing health and safety at the workplace and other rules related to employment which are necessary in the organisation.


2: One-to-one interactions and reviews

One to one with the managers is important in the organisation where the employees can interact with the managers individually and share their reviews with them (Collings, Wood and Szamosi, 2018.). This provides a scope to manage the workplace diversity and the internal problems among the staff members where the managers try to communicate directly with the staff and resolve their queries in the workplace (Brewster and Hegewisch, 2017). It is beneficial for me to interact with the managers as it provides me a scope to gather knowledge. I aim to interact with the managers and other executives to solve my queries and improve my understanding at the workplace. Hereby, one-to-one connection with the managers helps me a lot in improving my skills and abilities which in turn provides me an opportunity to perform better. In addition to these, gathering the reviews from the managers is also effective for me to improve my performance as I try to understand the feedback from the managers and improve my abilities further. Moreover, reviews and the one to open connection with the managers helps me a lot to express my understanding as well as it is beneficial for me to improve my communication skills. Internal communication with the managers as well as positive interaction also provide me a scope to increase my participation rate in the organisation which in turn helps me to improve my performance in the organisation. Thus, it is beneficial for me to interact with the managers and seek their reviews for personal and professional development which helps me in near future to improve my knowledge and skill.


3: Online in-house training

Online in-house training is appropriate in the workplace where the employees can gather various information through online sources which will be beneficial for the employees to improve their knowledge and understanding in near future (Bratton and Gold, 2017). The Online in-house training is suitable as it is cost effective and the employees can access the online sights 24*7 through internet connection. It is beneficial for me to gather more knowledge and improve my understanding which in turn helps me a lot in gathering more experience and working innovatively. I try to improve my confidence and efficiency to perform better by attending the Online in-house training which provide me a scope to work cooperatively and implement innovative ideas in the workplace for maximising the organisational performance as a whole. It helps me a lot in minimising the cost of training and through the Online in-house training, I am successful in increasing self-confidence and job satisfaction in the company and in addition to these, I will be able to perform better in future and improve my knowledge and skill retention. I can gather a vast knowledge through the Online in-house training and I can access the online sights any time as per my convenience. The Online in-house training is also advantageous for me to evaluate my own performance and enhance collaboration and communication with other staff members at the workplace. The purpose of having the Online in-house training is to maximise own performance through improving own skills and abilities and in this case, I try to gain more knowledge and gather experience through attending the Online in-house training which will help me to enhance my performance.
