You have just started a student placement at an organisation and in order to improve your knowledge of the organisation, you have been asked to complete two tasks.

The first is to examine the importance to the organisation of stakeholder analysis and a thorough understanding of the internal and external environment.

The second requires you to highlight the key opportunities and threats for the organisation and make recommendations on any potential actions which management will be need to take.

You have been asked to put your analysis and recommendations into a report.

Notes

  • 40% of total assessment
  • Word Limit – 1500 words; minimum 10 font size, please use 1.5 line spacing
  • You may focus on an organisation of your choice.
  • It is recommended that you complete a thorough internal and external environmental analysis which should be included in an appendix.
  • You should reference fully throughout the report and provide a full reference list.
  • Report format requires numbered headings. You may include diagrams within the report.
  • Relevant, supporting analysis can be put into an appendix. Each appendix should be numbered and have a title.
  • Submission – 11 December 2018 by 3pm via Turnitin
